These terms govern access to and use of MatrixCoinIO. By creating an account you agree to operate in good faith, submit only funds you own, and accept the inherent volatility and risk of crypto products.

Accounts

One account per natural person. Sharing credentials or automated scraping is prohibited.

Deposits & withdrawals

Send only the asset matching the selected network. Wrong-network deposits may be unrecoverable. Withdrawals may be delayed for KYC or fraud checks.

Referral program

Abuse of the 7-level referral structure (self-referrals, fake accounts, promises of guaranteed returns) will be sanctioned up to full balance forfeiture.
